What should I do if the camera does not appear in the DJI Pilot 2 app as a payload?
Disconnect the power by removing the gimbal from the Skyport connector, restart the drone, reinstall the gimbal and check that it is securely locked. If this does not help, contact technical support: support@topodrone.com.
Why does an image taken with an AGROWING lens look like several colored fragments?
Each fragment is a separate spectral channel captured through its own filter. This is normal operation of a multispectral lens (see chapter 15.1).
Can an AGROWING lens be used for conventional shooting in the visible range?
Yes, with the UV/IR Magnetic Clip-In Filter (see chapter 15.4).
How can I find out the number of photo events recorded by the LR1 Control Module?
After processing in TOPOSETTER: the final notification shows the number of events, and on the map, events with matched images are marked in green (chapter 14.1).
Is third-party software required for processing?
No. Processing is performed in TOPOSETTER and TOPOMAPPER (chapter 14).
