Warning

  • During data collection, the operator must constantly watch the surroundings to avoid accidents caused by distraction.
  • SLAM200/200E is not explosion-proof and must never be used near filling stations or in hazardous areas such as mines, pits, cesspools and other places where flammable and explosive gases (gasoline vapor, natural gas, methane, etc.) accumulate.
  • To avoid fire, property damage and injury, strictly follow the rules in this manual when using, charging and storing the battery.

Attention

  • SLAM200/200E is a high-precision device. A drop or any impact may damage the SLAM200/200E and cause it to malfunction.
  • After powering on the SLAM200/200E, make sure the gimbal rotates freely without any external mechanical obstacles.
  • After transferring data from the SLAM200/200E to a computer, use "Safely Remove Hardware" before disconnecting the USB cable.
  • Use the power button to switch off the SLAM200/200E. Do not remove the battery.
  • Do not remove the battery handle or disconnect the power source (for example, USB-PD) while the device is on.
  • Protect the SLAM200/200E from dust and sand during use.
  • When using the SLAM200/200E, protect the laser and camera lenses from scratches caused by contact with hard objects.
  • Splash, water and dust resistance is not permanent. It may decrease with normal wear, and damage caused by liquids is not covered by the warranty.
  • To prevent liquid damage, avoid the following:
    1. Placing the SLAM200/200E in high-pressure water or a strong water flow, or deliberately immersing it in water.
    2. Dropping the SLAM200/200E on the ground or other impacts.
    3. Disassembling the SLAM200/200E, including removing any screws.
