What support provided to Agents and Resellers?

• We provide all technical support via email, phone and Telegram for you and your customers
• We regularly share up-to-date information: a price list for all products, standard Quotes, updated manuals, videos and sample datasets to send to customers
• We place reseller contacts in the "Resellers and Agents" section, indicating the region in which you promote our solutions

How to register a Client?

• Each Agent and Reseller is provided with a link to the CRM-form for registering clients
• Fill in your personal information
• Fill in the customer information
• Specify what the client needs, what tasks they need to solve, and what you have already offered to them

How are incoming requests processed?

• The submitted request is sent to our CRM (customer service system) in the form of a lead (a new request)
• We process each request manually: we check whether the client has applied before and with what request, we enter the client's data in the main part of the CRM and assign it to you
• If the client contacts directly, we first offer to continue communicating with you, otherwise we inform you about their request and continue to lead the client ourselves
• When making a sale through you or directly, in any case, an agency fee is paid
