February 9, 2023 - Montreux, Switzerland - TOPODRONE, a Swiss based designer and manufacturer of high-precision surveying equipment and a partner of Agrowing, will exhibit multipurpose surveying and mapping equipment and post-processing software at Geo Week 2023. The company will present a line of enterprise level mapping cameras: TOPODRONE P24 & P61. The cameras could be integrated with any type of TOPODRONE LiDAR systems to perform aerial survey and laser scanning from a single UAV flight.

TOPODRONE P24 & P61 can support users of DJI Matrice 200/210 V2 and DJI Matrice 300 RTK to expand capabilities of their existing drones to a new level of resolution, image quality and efficiency. The cameras are compatible with Agrowing’s award-winning AI-enabling multispectral lenses are of 4, 10 and 14 narrow spectral channels of wide dynamic range from 405nm to 850nm. These multispectral solution provide superior NDVI of 1.5cm to 1.7cm per pixel from 100m altitude, while enabling close-range multispectral imagery acquisition from 3m altitude at 0.5mm per pixel per band, enabling leaf-level AI analysis. The cameras can also be mounted on a car for mobile photogrammetry data collection.

TOPODRONE P61 is based on a full frame 61 Mpixel Exmor R CMOS Sony sensor and compatible with 18, 24, 35 and 50 mm as well as 4, 10 and 14 channels multispectral lenses. The camera allows better coverage and GSD from the same altitude in comparison with the DJI Zenmuse P1 camera. TOPODRONE P24 has APS-C CMOS 24 Mpixel Sony sensor inside and supports 16, 24, 35 and 50 mm as well as 4, 10 and 14 channels multispectral lenses as well.
TOPODRONE cameras can be installed on 3-axis gimbals and used as a single payload for photogrammetry missions or integrated with any type of TOPODRONE LiDAR systems. Thanks to lenses with a wide FOV, the photos cover the same survey corridor as a LiDAR system and allow a drone pilot to perform aerial survey and laser scanning from a single flight.

TOPODRONE cameras provide a deep integration with DJI Pilot and UgCS Pro / Expert / Enterprise by SPH Engineering application such as gimbal & triggering control, camera setting control (A, ISO, Shutter speed, ISO), live video transmission even from multispectral setup which is unavailable from any multispectral camera on the market. High precision TOPODRONE PPK system allows to convert RGB & multispectral photos to high precision 3D models and orthophoto with cm level accuracy.
