Features of the new license delivery tool

- Links to knowledge base articles describing the changes in each release;
- Ability to download, install or reinstall a release that is available within the paid period;
- Display the time period for which you need to extend the support package to download the required release;
- Sending license renewal and/or purchase requests directly from the software interface;
- Comparison of all license types by composition of modules within the delivery tool;
- Links to all the company's resources.
How to update the software?
If you have a version lower than 1.1.9.0, you need to click the “Update” button and then the package 1.1.9.0 will be downloaded, and the new key should be obtained by contacting technical support by mail [email protected], indicating your old key.
For version 1.1.9.0 and higher you need to click the “Update” button or open the license delivery tool depending on the release you already had and then the package 1.1.9.0 will be downloaded, and the new key should be obtained by contacting technical support by mail [email protected], indicating your old key. Reinstallation is mandatory because global fixes have been made to all distributives.
Who can update?
Everyone who purchased licenses from 2018 to 2023 will receive keys for version 1.1.9.0 from June 2023, even if you have not renewed updates during this period.
When it is necessary to update?
The expiration date of all old keys has been changed to January 31, 2025, you must get a new key and update the software before this date.
