    DJI PHANTOM 4PRO RTK-PPK and DJI MATRICE 200 RTK-PPK DRONES SURVEY FOR MINING and EXPLORATION

    We are pleased to inform you that Topodrone team together with Filminera mining company successfully carried out project for UAV survey over Masbate Gold Project area located on Masbate Island Philippines

    Survey was made by Topodrone upgraded DJI PHANTOM 4PRO PPK and DJI MATRICE 200 PPK drones over the following areas:

    • ROMpad area (140 000 sq.m)
    • Main Vein Pit (200 000 sq.m)
    • Main Vein Pit Wall 3D survey

    Step.1

    Different types of flights missions were designed (Pic.2, Pic. 3)

    Step.2

    The base station was installed on the point with known coordinates, ground check points were marked and measured  (Pic. 4,5)

    Step.3

    Photos were captured by DJI PHANTOM 4 PRO PPK and DJI MATRICE 200 PPK

    Step. 4

    After flight raw GNSS data were download from drones and the base station and post processed in RTKlib and Toposetter software in order to get precise coordinates of each photo

    Step.5

    Photogrammetric processing, 3D model and orthomosaic generation. The accuracy of model were checked with using ground check points (Tab.1,2).

    Conclusion
    Designed by Topodrone solution turns consumer DJI drones to professional survey tools and provides high accurate 3D datasets which can be used for inventory tracking, precise volume calculating and site surveying. 


    Upgraded DJI drones by Topodrone team have the following advantages:
