**Question: What should I do if my  TOPODRONE P24 does not show up as a payload in the DJI Pilot 2 app?**

Answer: Switch off the camera power by unplugging the X-Port from the Skyport connector, reboot the drone, check that the cable is securely inserted into the SHLD connector. Turn on the drone and RC, wait for 1 minute and check. Otherwise contact technical support [support@topodrone.com.](mailto:support@topodrone.com)

**Question: What to do if the delivery set provides joint use of TOPODRONE P24 and laser scanner, but you need to perform a flight without collecting photogrammetric data and get only a cloud of laser scanning points?**

Answer: in this case there are 2 options:

1. Detach the TOPODRONE P24 from the laser scanner to reduce the payload weight, but do not remove the L-shaped pad. In this case, when processing the high-precision trajectory of the laser scanner, choose the installation option with TOPODRONE P24 camera.
2. Twist the V-shaped plate of the laser scanner mount so that the tip looks in the opposite direction of the drone's movement, without twisting the ski. The screenshots below show the correct installation of the V-plate. In this case there are 2 options:
