The TOPODRONE DJI MAVIC 2 PRO PPK Upgrade KIT is an upgrade module installed on the MAVIC 2 PRO quadcopter. It is connected to the camera shutter and records raw GNSS measurements together with timestamps of the shutter releases. The module consists of the following main parts:

1. Helix HX-CH6601A external GNSS antenna. The antenna is screwed onto the antenna connector of the upgrade board to receive signals from various satellite navigation systems. For high-precision aerial photography, the antenna must be installed and screwed on securely, but without excessive force. The drone can fly without the antenna, but no GNSS data will be recorded by the upgrade.
2. Green LED. When the DJI MAVIC 2 PRO is powered on, this LED is solid green, indicating that the upgrade has power. If the green LED does not light up when the power is on, the upgrade is installed incorrectly or is faulty.
3. Blue LED. Indicates the GNSS signal quality of the external **State** **Description** Off PDOP\>10 Blinks slowly 3\<PDOP\<10 Blinks fast 2\<PDOP\<3 Solid PDOP\<2 GNSS antenna. LED (3) may be off, blink at different rates or be solid. A good GNSS signal corresponds to a solid blue LED (3). It turns on only after initialization.
4. Orange LED. Shows the status of recording to the memory card. During recording the LED blinks rapidly. Each blink corresponds to 4 KB of data written. The blink rate is proportional to the amount of data being written to the memory card. It turns on only after initialization.
5. Red LED. Indicates system errors. The most common error is the inability to write data to the memory card, for example if it is missing, full or damaged. In this case all other LEDs also light up solid together with the red one. If this error occurs, check the memory card and the slot (for foreign objects or dirt inside). If replacing, reinserting or formatting the Micro-SD card in FAT32 does not solve the problem, contact technical support.
6. Micro-SD memory card slot. Cards from 4 to 64 GB are supported. Class 10 UHS-U1 speed class is recommended. A 16 GB card of the appropriate speed class and format is always supplied with the upgrade. The card must be formatted in FAT32 with the standard cluster size.
7. Plastic case of the TOPODRONE DJI MAVIC 2 PRO PPK upgrade. It replaces the front plastic part of the DJI MAVIC 2 PRO body and is attached to the drone with two screws and plastic latches. All parts fit tightly to hold the upgrade securely on the quadcopter. The plastic color matches the quadcopter. The case of the TOPODRONE DJI MAVIC 2 PRO PPK upgrade has 4 round openings so that the front sensors of the vision positioning system can work. The case dimensions and the layout of internal components are chosen so as not to block the working angles of the forward vision positioning system or cover the drone's own GNSS navigation antenna.
