# TOPODRONE AQUAMAPPER scheme and description

TOPODRONE AQUAMAPPER consists of 12 modules as shown in the diagram below:

1. **UgCS SkyHub.** This module provides high accuracy radar operation by synchronizing data with UgCS and UgCS Custom Payload Monitor software.
2. **TOPODRONE AQUAMAPPER mount.** Provides attachment of the main landmark to the DJI M300 / 350 quadcopter. Equipped with a quick-release mechanism for easy installation and removal, as well as a two-axis karadan.
3. **TOPODRONE AQUAMAPPER controller.** This module connects to the drone via SkyPort connector and to the underwater module via cable. It logs data and also displays the GNSS receiver initiation status.
4. **UgCS SkyHub cable.** Connects on one side to the upper payload port of the DJI M300 / 350 quadcopter, on the other side to the UgCS SkyHub. The top connector of the drone is equipped with three LED indicators.
5. **Radar Altimeter.** Measures the drone's altitude in real time with an accuracy of 1 cm. Ensures safe flight altitude of DJI M300 / 350 quadcopters in the process of automatic route flight.
6. **External GNSS antenna.** Performs GNSS measurements during TOPODRONE AQUAMAPPER operation. It is rigidly mounted on a remote milestone on the main underwater module. During operation it is in the surface position.
7. **Tail stabilizer.** The rear part of the main underwater module TOPODRONE AQUAMAPPER. Performs a stabilizing function for the underwater part during automatic flight along the route.
8. **Main underwater module.** Equipped with bathymetric echo-sensor and GNSS receiver. Waterproof. During operation, the module is completely underwater.
9. **External GNSS Antenna Milestone.** Provides the surface position of the external GNSS antenna. It is rigidly mounted on the main underwater module. Can be partially removed and folded for easy transportation.
10. **Main module pole.** Mounted on a swivel mount. Connected to the TOPODRONE AQUAMAPPER Main underwater module with thumbscrews.
11. **Main pole with cable.** Together with the link has a length of about 2.6 meters, which ensures a safe height of the drone above the water during automatic flight on the route. The cable connects the main module to the controller.
12. **Bathymetric echo sensor.** It is installed in the main underwater module TOPODRONE AQUAMAPPER. To protect the surface of the sensor, it is slightly recessed in the housing. Optionally can be single beam or multi-beam
