| ![Charging](https://topodrone.com/knowledge/i/f68d1a98d45c458b.png) | Before first use, charge the Beacon and the Radio or the Findy S. The Beacon is charged with a Micro-USB cable from any 5 V USB socket or a power bank. A full charge of the Beacon's Li-Po battery (150 mAh) takes 30-40 minutes on average. On a single full charge, the Beacon can stay up to 1 month in standby mode and 3-4 days in operating mode. To extend the life of the Beacon's battery, keep it at a medium charge during long-term storage, for example by leaving the beacon switched on for 2 days after a full charge. The Radio is charged with the standard charger included in the package. It is strongly recommended not to let the Beacon's battery discharge completely. Always charge the Beacon's battery after use, even if you do not plan to use it for some time. |

CAUTION: Charging Findy S from a Quick Charge charger is not recommended. Some low-quality QC implementations can spontaneously output high voltage, which may damage Findy S. |
